We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange β no questions asked on eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- Item is in resalable condition β undamaged, unaltered, and complete
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or hygiene regulations:
- Opened disposable products (cups, plates, gloves, napkins, paper goods)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence
- Products with removed, altered, or missing labels or barcodes
- Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us β Email Angela at Angela@mannaevermore.com or call 305-340-5797 with your order details and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization β We will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Ship the item back β Package the item securely and ship it to our warehouse at 6651 NW 107th Court, Doral, FL 33178. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection & Refund β Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
Since we process payments via bank transfer (ACH, Wire, or Zelle), refunds will be issued back through the same method used for the original payment. Please allow:
- 2β3 business days for return shipment to arrive at our warehouse
- 1β2 business days for inspection and approval
- 3β5 business days for the refund transfer to appear in your account
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- A full replacement shipped at our expense
- A full refund to your original payment method
You are not required to return damaged or defective items. A photo of the damage may be requested to expedite the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage caused in transit). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
